Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 July 2026
This policy explains how we process the personal data of people using the kynologic.eu website, in particular those who contact us through the contact form. It fulfils the information obligation under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Kynologic Sp. z o.o., with its registered seat in Poznań, Półwiejska 17/26, 61-888 Poznań, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS No. 0001066149, VAT ID PL7831890477, REGON 526785413.
Contact regarding personal data: kontakt@kynologic.eu, phone +48 608 806 860.
2. What data we process
- data provided in the contact form: full name, e-mail address and the message content;
- technical data necessary to protect the form against abuse: IP address and the date and time of the submission.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling your enquiry and replying to you — under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest in conducting correspondence and responding to enquiries).
- Security and spam protection (e.g. processing the IP address, rate-limiting submissions) — under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting our infrastructure and preventing abuse).
- Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims — under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Is providing data voluntary?
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary for us to answer an enquiry sent via the form. Ticking the data-processing consent is a condition for sending the message.
5. Recipients of the data
Your data may be entrusted to entities that provide services to us under data processing agreements:
- hosting and e-mail (SMTP) provider — for storing the website and delivering messages from the form;
- Cloudflare, Inc. — where the form is protected by the Turnstile mechanism (verifying that a submission does not come from a bot);
- Google Ireland Ltd. — in connection with the use of Google Fonts web fonts, which are loaded from Google servers (which involves transferring the IP address).
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Because we use providers such as Google and Cloudflare, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. Such transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, i.e. the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the Data Privacy Framework.
7. Retention period
We keep correspondence data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and until any related claims become time-barred. Technical data used to secure the form is kept only briefly, solely to limit abuse.
8. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, contact us at kontakt@kynologic.eu.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
9. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing and we do not profile website visitors.
10. Cookies and third-party technologies
The website does not use its own marketing or analytics cookies. We use Google Fonts (loaded from Google servers) and — optionally — the Cloudflare Turnstile mechanism, which may store a necessary technical cookie for bot protection.
